Item upgrading allows players to boost the level of their weapons, armor, and trinkets. It requires the appropriate currency and items that can be used at an item upgrader NPC.
For instance, a weapon that is tied to the default upgrade template for a weapon can gain an additional 3% of attack damage each time it is upgraded. However, the amount it gets is based on to the stat value that is already in place.
Recycled Items
Using recycled items is an excellent way to reduce the amount of waste that we produce. They can be reused to create new products. The process of creating them uses less energy than the manufacturing of raw materials. Recycled products also have lower carbon emissions, which is good for the environment. However it is important to know that not all products are made from recycled materials. When buying a product look for labels that show the percentage of recycled materials in the product.
Materials such as aluminum, plastic and paper are recyclable to create a variety of items. The most popular are tubs, bottles and paper cartons, such as ones for juices, milk, soups, and broths as well as tin cans and steel cans. It is best to rinse these containers and remove any food residue before recycling them.
We also recycle textiles such as clothes, pants, and blankets. These aren't as common however, they can be turned into a new product with a minimal investment. Some thrift shops and malls in your area offer recycling bins. Some companies even pay you for old clothes. Other things, such as ceramic plates and mugs can be reused by local artists to create unique gifts.
The recycling process faces numerous challenges, including contamination. When non-recyclables and recyclables are mixed, they are less valuable or are not usable. Education and improved methods of sorting are essential to preventing contamination.
A growing number manufacturers are offering an expanded range of products made of recycled materials. It is essential to purchase these products whenever you can, since they are a great way to assist in the recycling process. Certain of these products are available in major retailers while others can be found on the internet. In addition, a lot of these items are made with Cradle to Cradle certification standards which can be verified via online searches. These standards are designed to ensure that the item is safe for the environment as well as its users.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens allow players to alter the abilities and stats of an item in-game. They can be used to reroll the item's base or its magical properties, and can be obtained through a variety of events and in-game activities. They can also be purchased with gems from the in-game store. In contrast to other tokens and markers that are placed on Action spaces Reroll tokens stay on an Action space until a Success result has been repeated.
Rerolling an article resets its base power and eliminates any upgrades. It also alters the item's substats. This is useful when the item's upgraded power is lower than desired or the player wants to transfer its substats to another ring. Rerolling can be done within the item menu by pressing the green button with circling arrows. It is important to note that the token for reroll cannot be used on rings that have already been rerolled, or that don't require any further upgrades.
The reroll token can be used to upgrade the base item of a unique set or rare item to a higher version. It will usually convert to an uncommon item that has the same type of base however it can also be upgraded to an elite version of an otherwise rare item. This will not increase the value of the item, however, it could aid in enhancing the player's building.
In addition to rerolling, the token can also be used to corrupt an item. The item that is corrupted will be a random rare and will gain sockets or corruption modifiers. This is a great method to improve an item without spending any money. The maximum number of sockets that can be added to a rerolled object is contingent upon the base type of the item.
Reroll tokens can also be used in the weekly dungeons, Recipe Rerolling. This event offers players a chance at winning prizes. The event is extremely competitive and has an extremely high degree of gating, which can be hard for new players to navigate. The reroll token is only available once a week.
Upgrade components
Upgrade components are items that can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools, to give an attribute bonus or other effects when used. They can be obtained through crafting, bought from vendors and other players on the Trading Post, looted from enemies or containers, and from quest rewards. The majority of upgrades require the upgraded item to be at an appropriate level or higher to accept the component, and some also have special cosmetic effects.
There are several types of upgrade components are available, such as gemstones and jewels. Gemstones are universal upgrades that can be used in any kind of equipment, and they are more affordable than other upgrade components. Jewels are upgraded versions of gemstones that can be put in trinkets. Glyphs can be put in gathering tools and provide a variety of bonuses or enhancements like increasing the speed of gathering or giving additional materials.
An upgrade component that is slotted into an item can be replaced with a different one, however taking out and re-inserting the upgrade will destroy the original. Some upgrade components, like enrichments and infusions, may only be recovered with an Infusion Extraction Device or high-tier salvage kit that specifically can be used to recover upgrades (e.g. Black Lion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool).
Click upgrade items to start the upgrade. A progress bar tracks the status of the upgrade. If the status indicator is Active this means that the upgrade has been completed successfully. If the status is Failed, you may perform troubleshooting steps to determine the reason for the failure. See Troubleshooting a Connection Management Agent Upgrade for more information.
Leveling
The upgrade system for items in the game allows players to upgrade their weapons, armor, and helms, which increase their stats base. Each item upgrader mod can only be upgraded once per level. The cost of upgrading is determined by the current tier and the augmentation levels.
Every time a player level up an item, it earns a new random bonus. This bonus boosts your chances of a critical strike or adds small amounts of damage to your attack or spell.
The regular upgrade and the tech upgrade are two kinds of upgrades available. The regular upgrade will increase an item's main stat by three, while the tech upgrade will boost one of its secondary stats. The upgrade process is fast and inexpensive. It's worth trying to increase the level of an object if you have the money.
As you advance in the ranks of an item, its guaranteed bonuses will also increase. These bonuses will increase by a certain percentage with each upgrade. For example, at level 2 the item's chance to crit will increase by 3 percent, whereas at level 6 it will increase by 9 percent. At the level of 3, an item upgrade can receive an additional boost in stats up to 15 percent.
The leveling system used in the game uses a technique called "level loading." This is a strategy for scheduling that ensures inventory is kept at a constant pace by controlling production rates based on demand. This frees up space and resources by reducing the need for excessive storage of inventory.
Alternatively, players can use the gear transfer feature to transfer the item upgrades from an old, low-level piece to a better item in the same tier. The player can upgrade their equipment faster without having to waste precious materials. The quality or level of the item is not affected, so a player won't lose their progress if they decide later to roll it. To use this feature, the player must have an item in their inventory that has an upgrade recipe that matches the item they wish to transfer.
