The Reasons Item Upgrade Is More Dangerous Than You Thought
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrading gear increases its base stats, and sometimes boosts its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random enhancements applied.
For instance, the premium shield of racial violence Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb function in PvP, or to add additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the unupgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens let you roll a purchased item like a weapon, armor or ring. The item is replaced with another of the same kind, but with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. However, they do not retain the quality of the original item, and any wasted resources aren't refunded.
The survivors can acquire reroll tokens through several means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in chests and crates or bought at the local store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of an item of equipment for example, increasing the damage it can cause.
Players can roll their equipment using three attributes three categories: physical power, magic power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase damage from weapons and melee attack and spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player an additional amount of health.
Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a better quality, with the requirement of a higher-quality reroll token order to produce it. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item upgrade and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
In contrast to other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces The reroll marker is left on the spot until the next successful result is rerolled. This helps you not waste upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the beginning of each Preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened, they show a description and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. The restaurant's store will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.
As a result, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes which blueprints the restaurant's shop offers to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that boost the level of an item upgrading by increasing its stats or characteristics. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by signing daily contracts.
To upgrade gear, players must first locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. This will display a list of the item's current level and what it will become after being leveled-up. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item upgrades. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.
After deciding on the item to upgrade the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. When the requirements have been met, the player can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be raised in level by a specific percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can take between seconds and minutes.
The upgrade process is completely risk-free and does not affect the longevity of the item. This makes the system an excellent method for players to get an advantage in combat without putting a strain on their bank account. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded item to an entirely new piece of equipment.
For new players, it can be difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are several ways to acquire them. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that lets players increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials, and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume the upgrade materials and give the item an increased level, which gives the item an additional boost in the area. The process will continue until the item reaches its maximum level.
Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon beside their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components do not stack with each other, but can only be added to one item at one time. Each upgrade component also requires the purchase of a certain amount of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station has two slots: the left one is where players can put in an item that they wish to upgrade, and the right side shows a glimpse of what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once is a player has enough resources will start the upgrading process.
A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its base stats will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.
Once an item upgrader kit reaches the maximum level, its upgrades will no longer be available for it. When an item reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to give an added bonus or effect while the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through quests or traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped by acquiring new ones. However, this will destroy the old upgrade.
Requirements
Item upgrades give players the ability to boost certain stats on armor and weapons that they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the type of item, but you'll typically need Dilithium along with the number of Upgrade Tokens.
Items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to weapons and equipment. These will provide more effects or an improved item level. These upgrades can be gotten from various sources in the game, including through crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is added to an item, it isn't able to be removed or changed without restriction, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped without restrictions.
Upgrades can boost the Mark Level or Rarity. Additionally, some upgrade components come with additional modifiers which can further enhance the stats of the item.
The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" For instance, increases the base defense and adds an additional 20 percent chance of blocking. The DPS "Wildfire" however increases damage from weapons.
Some items benefit from being upgraded less because of their improved stats and more for the fact that it allows players to get the most value out of a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50 times the value of the unupp'd version.
When you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item, the game will display a pop-up window that shows the requirements required for that item. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
The game will add an item in your inventory when you have met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show how close to getting the upgrade completed. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
