For example, adding an infusion of Rune of Minor Vigor to an Tyrian Armor will cause it to display the name "Radiant Tyrian Armor." Similarly, an inscription on a weapon will show up in its hover display as an Inscribed Weapon.

Glyphs

Glyphs improve a substat of an item of equipment. They are available in a variety of places, but the most common is finishing Nightmare Dungeons or Helltides. They can also be obtained through the Faction Crypts. The Glyphs found in crypts are specific to the class, so ensure that you only claim the ones that pertain to your character. Once you have a bunch of Glyphs and you are ready to go to the Glyph Altar located in the middle of Teleria to spend the Glyphs. This altar will increase the value of your enchanted items by a specific amount, according to the Glyph you use.

The decision to reroll or no is a personal choice, according to the player's preferences. Some players prefer to reroll in order to have a good collection of strong characters to help carry their game while others might choose not to reroll since they prefer playing with their preferred character regardless of the power.

Sets

When an upgrade item is placed on a set or unique item, it gives the set item a bonus. These bonuses can differ depending on the upgrade type. For instance an increase in def is given when an upgrade item is placed on a guardian armor set or ring, while an AOE damage boost is offered when an upgrade item is put on a weapon.

Upgrade items can be beneficial, however their effects aren't always the most beneficial. For instance, a top breaking point item with a high dps may not benefit more from being upgraded when there's already a flawless or nearly perfect non-upgraded version of the same item (whistan's shield for FB sorcs springs to mind). Additionally an item that offers value due to its unique affixes may be extremely useful in its original state (goldwrap is a great option for caster dps).
